All products are imprinted in our facility in Stratford, ON.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, once the order is placed is it not possible to cancel it.
How long until I get my delivery?
We try and get all orders out within 10 business days, but in peak seasons such as December we may need some extra time.
What are your shipping options?
All orders will be delivered to the school and will be available for pick up there.
Is the sizing on the site for Youth or Adults?
All sizing is Adult sizing. There are no Youth sized products on the site.
What is your return policy?
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns.
